Charles Schwab's standard transaction fees in addition to
any redemption fees imposed by the mutual fund.
Charles Schwab does not
charge transaction fees for mutual funds available
through there Mutual Fund OneSource Service or for
certain high-load mutual funds. (Short-Term Redemption
Fees may apply). However, if you paid a fee to buy a
mutual fund, you will be charged Charles Schwab's normal

change the mutual funds they make available without
transaction fees and reinstate fees on any mutual fund.
Charles Schwab receives remuneration from participating

When you place an order to
sell one or more mutual funds and use the proceeds to buy
additional mutual funds, they will calculate the total
dollar transaction based on whichever side is larger (buying
or selling). Each trade on the smaller side of the
transaction will be charged a flat $25. These fees do not
apply to Charles SchwabFunds® or the other mutual funds
for which Charles Schwab does not charge transaction fees.
*Transaction fees apply to
open-end mutual funds only. Some mutual funds may also
charge sales and/or redemption fees. Please read the
prospectus for details. You can choose not to utilize
your account at Charles Schwab and buy shares directly
from the mutual fund itself or its principal underwriter
or distributor without paying Charles Schwab's
transaction fees.
